What we shipped

PostSiete is built in public by one person. Every release, newest first: what changed, why, and where you can see it.

A Planable alternative, compared row by row

What Planable does well and where PostSiete differs, with every fact about Planable taken from Planable's own pages and dated, and a list of when Planable is the one to buy.

This page, and where to follow us

Every release is now listed here, dated and in plain words. The site's footers link PostSiete on X and on Threads, where we post what we ship.

Follow-up emails for new accounts

A new free account used to get its confirmation link and then nothing. Now it gets at most three short emails in its first ten days, each sent once: one if no idea has been written yet, one after the first ideas, and one if things have gone quiet. They never go to anyone who has paid or opened checkout, or to an address that is unconfirmed or bounced. Every one carries a stop link, and mail apps show their own unsubscribe button for it. In English, Spanish, French, Dutch and Portuguese.

An approval workflow, with five emails to copy

Five steps for getting a client's sign-off that work with any tool, a table of how far ahead to send drafts, and five emails to copy: setting the rules, asking for approval, the reminder, changes received, and past the deadline.

A pricing calculator for people who post for clients

It works out a monthly retainer from your own numbers: platforms, posts a week, minutes a post, approval time, your hourly rate, tools and margin. It quotes no market rates. The same day, client approval pages started ending with one small line, “Sent with PostSiete”, on real client links only, never on the sample.

A founding price

The first ten agencies on Siete keep the price they start on for as long as they stay subscribed. It is not a discount: it is the same price, kept.

A free sample on one of your own clients

From the agencies page you can send one idea for one of your clients and get the drafts and a working approval link back, made by a person, once.

Each client's voice learns from your edits

Every draft you keep, edit or send back now teaches that client's voice, so the next draft starts closer. The settings show how often you still rewrite, and that number should fall week by week.

Threads posts wait until Meta is ready

A scheduled Threads post could fail when it was published the moment Meta created it. PostSiete now waits until Meta reports the post ready, and tries once more before it gives up.

Your first client, without a blank page

A new account now starts with a first-client path: add a client, learn its voice from posts it already published, then write one idea and send the approval link, the screen your client actually sees.

Approval again, on the same link

After a client asked for changes, reopening the approval link showed “You requested changes” and nothing to press. Now, once you have edited the drafts, the same link asks the client again.

The X counter matches what x.com accepts

x.com's composer counts a few things differently from the library X publishes: it does not treat README.md as a link, for example. The X counter now follows what the composer actually accepts.

Drafts never pitch PostSiete

The built-in drafts for free accounts used to wrap your idea in sentences about us. They no longer do: a draft says what you wrote, and nothing about PostSiete.

The X counter and links

The counter took a full stop straight after a link into the link, which X does not. It now finds links the way X does, and the 74 test cases it passes are public, with the arithmetic for each.
