A Planable alternative for freelancers and small agencies
Planable calls itself a “collaboration-first social media management tool”. Its pricing is per workspace, with unlimited users, and depending on the plan, approval is optional, required or several steps in order. PostSiete is smaller and does less: it writes each idea for seven platforms, and on Siete it writes in each client's own voice and your client approves each idea's drafts from one link, with no login. If you post for a few clients on your own, here is what each one does, with every fact about Planable taken from Planable's own pages on 6 November 2026, and when Planable is the one to buy.
What Planable does well
Planable's homepage speaks to agencies, multi-location brands, multi-brand companies and enterprises. Each point below is from Planable's own pages, read on 6 November 2026, and links to its source. Where PostSiete has nothing to match it today, the point says so.
- A whole team, priced per workspace and not per seat. Basic and Pro include unlimited users (pricing). Team members and client members see different things, comments take @mentions, and any comment or suggestion can be marked internal so clients don't see it (collaboration guide). PostSiete has one login per account today.
- Approval that grows with the plan. On Basic, approval is off or optional. Pro adds required approval, where a post needs an approver's sign-off before it is published, and client members who approve. Enterprise stacks as many approval levels as you need, in order, with one or more approvers at each (pricing, approvals guide, multi-level approvals). PostSiete has one step: the client approves or asks for changes.
- More ways to see the plan. Feed and calendar views on Basic, a grid view from Pro, and a list view on Enterprise (pricing). PostSiete has a content calendar and a preview of each draft as it will post.
- Nine platforms. Planable schedules to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Business Profile and Threads (pricing). PostSiete writes for seven: LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Pinterest and Google Business Profile are not among them.
- More connections. Canva, Zapier, Slack and an MCP connector for AI assistants on every plan, a public API from Pro, and single sign-on on Enterprise. Analytics and a social inbox are add-ons, both included on Enterprise (pricing). PostSiete has an API token on Pro and Siete, an n8n workflow export on every plan, a hosted MCP server that checks a post against each platform's limits, and a local MCP server that writes drafts with a Pro or Siete token. Its analytics cover X posts only, on Siete.
- AI help on every plan, with no usage limits. Planable AI writes captions, hashtags and rewrites while you draft, and Planable says it comes with every plan “with no usage limits” (Planable AI guide). PostSiete's AI drafts have monthly ceilings on Pro and Siete, stated in its price table.
- A mobile app, and a free start. Planable has a mobile app (homepage), and the first 50 posts are free, with no time limit and no card (pricing). PostSiete installs on a phone from the browser, as a web app.
Where PostSiete differs
Three things, as the rest of this site describes them. Each one can be checked before you pay.
Seven drafts from one idea, in each client's voice
You write one idea, and PostSiete writes a native draft for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, each held to its platform's limit and previewed as it will post. On Siete, each client gets a workspace with its own audience, tone and voice, learned from posts that client has already published, and every draft you keep, edit or send back teaches that voice, so the next one starts closer. Planable AI can also draw on posts you have published to match your style. In PostSiete, the idea is what you write, and a draft for each platform is what comes back.
Approval from one link, with no login
You send one link per idea. Your client opens it on any device, with no account and no login, reads each platform's draft on its own card, and presses Approve or Request changes, with room for a note. You get the answer by email, it is shown next to the drafts, and after an edit, Ask for re-approval sends the same link back for a new answer. Planable's share links open without a sign-in too; how a client approves in each is in the table below.
Open the live sample. It uses a made-up coffee roaster and is a sandbox, so press the buttons: nothing is sent anywhere.
One flat price for several clients
Siete is $39 a month, flat, for up to 7 client brands, with approval links for each. Not per seat, not per channel. Planable prices each workspace, and its help centre says, “One workspace is used for one client” (help centre).
What PostSiete does not do yet
- Team seats. One login per account today. Inviting teammates is on the roadmap.
- Approval in several steps. One answer covers the whole link. To approve one platform's draft and not another, the client says so in the note.
- Edits by the client. They describe the change, and you make it.
- Your brand on the approval page. Clients see PostSiete's page, not yours. White-label is on the roadmap too.
- Holding a post until it is approved. A scheduled post goes out at its time whether or not the client has answered.
- Publishing to TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Those drafts are written and approved like the rest, and you post them yourself.
Drafts and client approval cover all seven platforms. Scheduled publishing covers five: X, Threads, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, each connected with keys from your own developer account on that platform (what that takes). Or post any draft yourself, straight from the studio.
Side by side
Planable's column is from its own pages on 6 November 2026, and each cell links to its source. PostSiete's column is what the rest of this site says.
| Planable | PostSiete |
|---|---|

| Free start | |
| The first 50 posts are free, with no time limit and no card (pricing). | A free plan, with no card. Templates arrange your own words for each platform, or the AI writes with a key from your own Anthropic account. Approval links come with Siete. |
| People on your side | |
| Unlimited users on Basic and Pro, invited as team members or as client members, who see only what is meant for clients (pricing, collaboration guide). | One login per account. Team seats are on the roadmap. |

Enterprise adds multi-level: as many levels as you need, in order (pricing, multi-level approvals). | One step: the client approves or requests changes, with a note. One answer covers the whole link. |
| A client with no account | |
| A share link opens one post or a whole view with no sign-in, to view and comment (help centre). To approve, the help centre has you invite the client as a member with approver permission, on Pro or Enterprise, and says public links “don't allow approval actions” (help centre). A Planable blog post of 6 November 2026 says share links can approve too (blog), so ask Planable if this point decides it. | Opens one link per idea on any device, reads each platform's draft on its own card, and presses Approve or Request changes. You get the answer by email. |
| Writing | |
| Planable AI writes captions, hashtags and rewrites while you draft, on every plan, “with no usage limits” (Planable AI guide). | One idea in, a native draft for each of seven platforms out, in that client's voice. On Pro and Siete, up to the monthly numbers in the price table. |

Who should pick which
Pick Planable if
- More than one person on your side needs a login, now or soon.
- A post needs a yes from several people in order, such as a team lead, then the client, then legal. That is Planable's Enterprise plan.
- Nothing may go out until an approver signs off, and you want the tool to hold it. That is Planable's Pro plan.
- You post to Pinterest or Google Business Profile, want Canva, Slack, a Zapier app or a social inbox built in, or need analytics beyond X posts.
Pick PostSiete if
- You work alone, or one login is enough.
- The slow part is writing each idea again for every platform, in each client's voice.
- Your client's sign-off is one yes, or one note, per idea, and you would rather they never needed an account.
- You run up to 7 clients and want a price that does not grow each time you sign one.
Weigh size too: PostSiete is small and new. Its live numbers are published at /trust rather than typed into this page.
