Get help with PostSiete
A real person reads every message. Email is the fastest way to reach us, and the answers below cover the questions that come up most often.
Email us
Write to hello@postsiete.com. We aim to reply within one business day. Telling us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead gets you a useful answer on the first reply rather than the third.
PostSiete Lens (the browser extension)
The character count is not appearing
The counter appears once you click into a composer and start typing, on X, LinkedIn, Threads, Instagram and Facebook. It stays hidden while the box is empty, and it does not appear on other sites — that is deliberate, not a fault. If a site has just redesigned its composer and the counter has stopped appearing there, tell us which site and we will fix it.
“Chrome would not let Lens read this page”
Chrome blocks every extension from reading its own pages, the Chrome Web Store, and PDFs opened in its built-in viewer. On an ordinary article, click the Lens icon while that page is in front — the permission is granted by that click and only for that page. If it is a PDF, select the text you want and use the right-click menu instead.
Connecting and disconnecting an account
The extension works fully signed out. Connecting a free account adds three things: seeing what you have scheduled, stashing a draft, and checking whether a draft still sounds like you. Disconnect from the extension popup at any time — that deletes the access token from your browser and revokes it on our side in the same action.
What the extension can and cannot see
It reads pages only when you ask it to, never posts on your behalf, and never writes into a social composer. The voice check does not send your draft anywhere — the comparison runs inside your browser. The full detail is in section 8 of our privacy policy.
Your account and billing

Reporting a security issue
