Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and PostSiete ("PostSiete," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them — they include important limits on our liability.

1. Your account

You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use PostSiete. One person or organization per account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

2. Plans, billing, and changes

PostSiete offers a Free plan and paid plans (currently Pro and Siete). Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel.

• Cancellation. You may cancel anytime from Manage billing in your account. Your paid features remain active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account reverts to Free. We do not provide refunds for partial periods — see our Refund Policy.
• Switching plans. Upgrades and downgrades between paid tiers are prorated by Stripe. Downgrades take effect according to your billing cycle.
• Price changes. We may change prices or plan features. We'll give you reasonable advance notice (at least by email or in-app) before a change affects your renewals. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the new price.
• Taxes. Prices shown may not include applicable taxes, which are your responsibility where required.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend paid features until payment succeeds.

3. Your content and AI-generated drafts

You own what you put in. The ideas, text, brand details, and other material you submit ("Your Content") remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate the service for you (for example, sending it to our AI providers to generate drafts).

AI output. PostSiete produces draft social-media content using third-party AI models. As between you and us, you own the drafts we generate for you, and you are responsible for reviewing and editing them before publishing. You acknowledge that:

• AI output can be inaccurate, outdated, or unintentionally similar to other material — you must review it for accuracy, originality, and compliance before use.
• Similar prompts may produce similar output for other users; we can't guarantee any output is unique to you.
• You are solely responsible for anything you publish, including compliance with the rules of each social platform and with applicable law (advertising, disclosure, intellectual-property, and consumer-protection rules).

Images. AI-generated images are subject to the same review responsibility, plus the usage terms of the underlying image provider.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PostSiete to create, schedule, or publish content that:

• is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or infringes someone else's rights;
• is sexually explicit involving minors, promotes violence, or facilitates illegal activity;
• impersonates a person or organization, or is deceptive spam;
• attempts to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or circumvent limits of the service; or
• violates the terms of any connected platform (such as X/Twitter).

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

5. Connected accounts and third-party services

If you connect a social account (such as X), you authorize us to store the resulting access credentials — encrypted at rest — and to take actions you request, like publishing a post. You can disconnect at any time from your account settings. Your use of any connected platform is governed by that platform's own terms, not ours. PostSiete is not affiliated with or endorsed by X Corp., Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, or any other platform.

We rely on third-party providers to run the service (payments, AI generation, image generation, email delivery, and hosting). Their handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Referral program

We may offer rewards (such as free subscription time) when people you refer subscribe to a paid plan. Rewards are earned only when a referred subscription reaches its first renewal, are capped per period, and are provided as subscription time — never cash or a transferable balance. We may change, limit, or end the program, and we may withhold rewards we reasonably believe result from fraud, self-referral, or abuse.

7. Disclaimers

PostSiete is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or fit for your purposes. We are not responsible for the acts or policies of third-party platforms, including changes that affect publishing or analytics.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostSiete and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars (US$50). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Termination

You may stop using PostSiete and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (content ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you and PostSiete agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida for any dispute.
