Refund Policy
We keep billing simple and predictable: pay monthly, cancel whenever you like, and keep what you paid for until the period ends.
Cancel anytime, keep access to period-end
PostSiete paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time from Manage billing in your account. When you cancel:
- Your paid features stay active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
- At the end of that period, your subscription ends and your account moves to the Free plan.
- You are not charged again after you cancel.
No refunds for partial periods
Because you keep full access through the end of each period you've paid for, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial months, unused time, or periods after a cancellation. A cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.
Switching plans
If you upgrade or downgrade between paid tiers, Stripe automatically prorates the difference so you only pay for what you use. Switching does not create a second subscription or a double charge.
How to cancel
Open your account menu, choose Manage billing, and follow the prompts in the secure billing portal. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you'll receive confirmation from our payment processor.
Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived — for example, certain statutory consumer-protection or "cooling-off" rights in your country. Where such rights apply, we honor them. If you were charged in error or believe there's a billing mistake, contact us and we'll make it right.
